Some great ideas on what to get the amazing women in your life for Christmas this year! I recently started shopping online and now have a new addiction, lol its just so easy and super efficient. You can find way better deals and they deliver right to your door. As much as I love Christmas the malls are just craziness so I stay out of them when I can.. I swear that’s what gets people all wild up this time of year. Online shopping it’s just me and the mouse.

OK, So if you want to get your Christmas shopping out of the way you have to order in the next day or so or you will never get them in time for Christmas. Then you will be stuck …it will be days before Christmas, cause you left it for last minute and now your scrambling… like we all usually do. Well not I, I did all my online shopping last week, I am now done and have no worries and can keep my distance from the mall until the New Year. It’s just insane from here on out. I find I can really sit and think about the purchases while I online shop, there’s no rush or compulsive decisions, it’s actually relaxing but can soak up 3-5 hours of your night in the blink of an eye so be careful. haha .

1.) Danskin Deluxe Fitness Mat (Blue)

This is the perfect workout mat for any high intensity workout like we do in Adrenaline or in our online videos. It’s thick but not to bulky and the straps are perfect for storage or easy carrying to and from classes. Love this mat and the colour.
2.) Camelbak HydroBak $36.47
Now if your girls active and she loves to run, Mt. bike or do any other extreme sports this pack ROCKS. It’s super light and comfortable, it’s an overall great tool to have for all seasons. Some of us use these for the Adrenaline UnLeashed class, it has a tiny pocket with just enough space to hold a key or a few bills. It will last a lifetime and the price is unbeatable. It comes in different colours but I love this blue colour.
Gregory Women’s Maya Backpack $98.99
Now, I bought this bag a few months ago and I love love it. It too holds a Camelbak water bag in it but it’s a lot bigger then the one above. I use it almost every day and love the colour and the feeling of it on my back. It’s a great day bag if your going hiking, biking, snowboarding or she could even take it on trips with her all over the world…. whatever really, its awesome. I use it a lot without even having the water bag in it too. I recommend this bag for every girl, it’s the perfect gift she would never think of buying her self but will come in handy for the rest of her life. If I was to chose one out of these two I would get this Gregory bag for sure. I’ve already lent it to friends to borrow and they loved it too. This is a definite !!
3.) The North Face Oso Fleece Hoodie $140.99
Ok, I don’t own this yet!! Haha , but I check it out every time I’m in the North Face store in Sommerset mall. It’s absolutely amazing and it’s the softest piece of fabric I have ever felt. They have it in a few colours but I love the black, the white to me would get dirty and pink and yellow just aren’t my colours. Black matches everything and if your not sure what one she would like it’s your safest bet. They have a great hood on them and fit real nice. I have tried it on a few times, only thing that has stopped me from getting it was the price.. just didn’t want to spend $140 on a hoodie just for myself that’s why this makes THE PERFECT GIFT!!!
4.) Moving Comfort Bra
This Bra will change any women’s fitness lifestyle! When you put it on it’s like no other bra, i will no longer wear anything but these when I am working out. If you bought this for your girl she would be super thankful, especially if she is blessed with a big rack, she would no longer have to wear two sports bra’s for support. When you go to the link here you can pick the size, and if your not sure of her size just take a sneak peak at any of her bra’s she has already. They fit pretty true to size from a regular bra so it should fit perfectly. As much as lingerie can be flattering this will get much more use from her!! Here’s MY Favourite.

OK, So Juicing is all the rage right now as we become more aware of the benefits from it and how amazing it makes you feel. I would say most women would LOVE to have one if they don’t have one already. The Breville is a highly trusted line of equipment and it’s rated 4.5 out of 5 stars online. Order this and maybe pick up a Juice recipe book and you got yourself an awesome gift she will love and you will get to enjoy all the juices she makes too!! 😀
Green Star GS-3000 Deluxe Twin Gear Juice Extractor $489.00
OK, the Green Star is a super high end Juicer , this is my Dream Juicer that Neviana recommended to me. Not sure what price range you like to spend on her but this is a small investment. lol, But very well worth it for both of you in the end. The benefits of juicing are endless and you will feel a difference in your body within days. If your girl is health conscious she will love this!
The great thing about the Green Star is that your juice can last a few days in the fridge without loosing all the healthy enzymes in the fruits and veggies. See the Breville is a centrifugal juicer, centrifugal will heat up when juicing along with alot more oxygen, which kills the enzymes. This Green Star has a twin gear which then the fruit is crushed.. Kinda squeezed .. And the enzymes stay in the fruits and vegetables for much longer. That’s why they are so different in price rang. So it’s a tough decision to make cause it is such a huge difference in price. My suggestion is to start with a Breville and if it actually becomes a regular routine in her life then well.. get her the Green Star next Christmas haha.

Ok so these are just a necessity for every single women in the world, a set for her to have in the house at all times is a must. If she strives for an active lifestyle then she will love this gift. It’s also motivating and she can have it next to the sofa or computer and just grab them up to do a few sets or even hit up one of our online workouts. Now if your worried she will think you are trying to tell her she looks fat or something.. lol…well first tell her that you love her for everything that she is inside out and then you just blame it on us.
7.) GoFit Professional Stability Ball $26.99
This ball is worth every penny and comes with the pump , plugs, DVD and an exercise poster. There’s a few colors but this Adrenaline red is my favourite something about it motivates me. haha. This is great to sit on instead of a computer chair, switch it up once and a while. Or to have it in the living room to do some core drills between the commercials of Seinfeld . An awesome gift ever girl would love to have!!!
Ok so the number 8 is a what they call “Must Have” item. A pretty Scarf is always a winner, great for moms, sisters, girlfreinds, teachers , all the ladies. Everyone loves a pretty scarf and these Circle Scarfs are really hip right now and look so beautiful on. Here is two that I really adore.
8.) Lightweight Solid Color Scarf $16.99
This one is elegant and soft and can be worn as a scarf or shawl . There is a few colours to chose from, I love the red one and for whatever reason the red is only $9.99 !! I ordered a few of these for some gal’s I know!!
9.) Yellow & Green Thick Chunky Knit Scarf
This scarf is so elegant and could spark up any outfit, she could throw it over a jean jacket or match it up with a dress. Every women would appreciate a scarf like this one and the great thing about yellow is it looks great with any hair colour.
10.) Ray-Ban Aviator Large Metal Non-Polarized Sunglasses
Well we all love Ray-Ban so of course she would love a new pair of Aviator sunglasses. In my opinion Aviators will never go out of style, they are an all time classic. 11.) Don’t Sweat the Small Stuff–and it’s all small stuff Book
Well I had to share one of my all time favourite books. This ones a gem and will improve anyones life who will read it. Its one to two small page chapters that are so easy to read and just make perfect sense. It’s the type of book you can open at any page, read it and connect to it and think wow… ya that’s so true and I really need to stop worrying about that. This book has given me the the gift to just CHILL out when things my have got me a wild up before. Trust me you get her this gift or even just for yourself you will feel some definite self improvements in you life, and that’s a win-win.
